What we process

Why we process data
We use enquiry data to reply and to prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.

Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. Processors who help us run the site may receive data: Google (reCAPTCHA, and Analytics or Ads if you consent) and Smartlook (if you consent). They may process data outside the EU, including in the United States, with appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Google reCAPTCHA is also subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and our legal obligations (typically up to three years), then delete or anonymise it.
